SHIPPING POLICY

Our Customer Service is dedicated to getting your orders shipped to you as safely and efficiently as possible. If your order hasn't arrived yet, please chat, call, or email us, and we'll be in touch within the next 24 hours.

Shipping is never more than $29 no matter what size or weight your order is. Depending on how much you spend, shipping prices are calculated as follows:

$5 flat-rate shipping for orders with subtotal up to $105

$20 flat-rate for orders with subtotal between $200 and $399

$29 flat-rate for larger orders with subtotal $400 and above.

Orders sent via UPS or FedEx Ground are delivered on average 3-7 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.

Miacara items are manufactured in Germany with the highest EU standards. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the arrival of these exclusive products via DHL to your doorsteps.

International Shipping:
