Refund policy

 

Please do not return any products to the sender. Instead, contact us at cs@wunderpetscompany.com to receive an authorization number and return address. Please note that not all items are eligible for return and exclusions apply. See details below.

At Wunderpets & Co., your satisfaction is very important to us. If you're not satisfied with your Wunderpets & Co. purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap and other charges). To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Our policy lasts 15 days for the following brands: Pendleton, Paikka, Barbour, Due Punto Otto, 2.8 Designs, MiaCara, Match Pewter, Painter's Wife

If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not offer free returns. We do not provide return labels. 

We cannot accept:
  • Used items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products that cannot reasonably be resold for hygiene reasons
  • Dog beds must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Opened or used pet beds are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Hiddin Acrylic Pet Gates, Playpens, Pet Feeders, Dog Crates: If 5 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot  offer you a refund or exchange. Hiddin Crates and PlayPens are FINAL SALE and made to order - as stated on the product pages as well.

For Hiddin pet gates, there is a 20% restocking fee and return shipping cost belongs to the customer which may be over $200. Custom gates are final sales. We strongly advise considering the purchase of shipping insurance when returning Hiddin gates to safeguard against potential loss, theft, or damage during the return process. It's important to note that if the return packaging is inadequate, the gate may arrive broken, and unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds in such cases. Kindly make sure to pack Hiddin products with extra care, using their original packaging and bubble wrap before initiating the return.

Feel free to contact our customer service representatives if you have any inquiries about measuring your space. This will ensure we offer you the best shopping experience and help avoid the need for returns of acrylic gates, playpens and crates.

All sales of pet beds are considered final and non-refundable. If the product description includes a "Final Sale" warning, it indicates that the pet furniture cannot be refunded.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED WITH ALL LABELS ATTACHED

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Final sale items are exempt from being returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at cs@wunderpetscompany.com before sending any packages back to receive a return authorization number or an email authorization. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We accepted exchanges for the same item. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Send us an email at cs@wunderpetscompany.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

RETURN POLICY FOR DOG BEDS, CAT TOWERS AND HIDDIN DOG GATES:

Buyer's Remorse is a negative response after purchasing an item: If your return is due to buyers remorse, no matter what the reason is, customer is responsible for return shipping and 20% restocking fee on the sale. Buyer may not return any goods without Wunderpets' Customer Service Team's written consent. All dog beds, cat towers, Hiddin gates & crates returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for processing all accepted returns except for defective product. All items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels, unused, unopened and in new condition. 

Why Do You Charge Restocking Fees On Returns?

When a customer returns an item, customer service time, labor, and company cost is required to receive your package, re-package and restock your item back into our warehouses. Additionally, the majority of large pet furniture items that are returned are not packaged to original factory standards or incur damage during transit and many returned items cannot be accepted or resold. Please reach out to our customer service if you have any questions on our products before making a large purchase online. We are happy to help.

Return Exceptions

Some items are made to order and marked as Final Sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges. 

We can not accept returns on beds that are ripped, have been chewed, or soiled with urine, or vomit. Wunderpets & Co. cannot assume responsibility for items damaged due to destruction or ruin by a dog.
