Shipping policy
Our Customer Service is dedicated to getting your orders shipped to you as safely and efficiently as possible. If your order hasn't arrived yet, please chat, call, or email us, and we'll be in touch within the next 24-48 hours.
Orders sent via UPS or FedEx Ground are delivered on average 3-7 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.
Miacara items are manufactured in Germany with the highest EU standards. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the arrival of these exclusive products from Germany via DHL to your doorsteps.
International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping on some items. Please reach out to us at cs (at) wunderpetscompany.com to inquire about your request.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs (at) wunderpetscompany.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. The buyer will pay the return shipping if they chose a remorse.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cs (at) wunderpetscompany.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
