Care Instructions
Outer cover: unzip and remove the bolsters, re-zip and machine wash on a cool setting; tumble dry on low. Center cushion: machine wash and dry as is on a cool setting; the tufting keeps the fiber from shifting or clumping.
Bolsters: hand wash only (replacements available).
Return Policy
Bowsers dog beds are made with premium materials and many styles are made to order. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused beds in their original condition and packaging. Used, washed, soiled, or personalized beds cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that a $30 restocking fee applies to all returns, and due to the size of dog beds, return shipping costs can be costly. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer a try-and-return policy. Beds that have been used, washed, soiled, or exposed to pet hair are not eligible for return.

Inside, a removable tufted cushion lifts out and works on its own as a crate or travel mat, so one bed covers home and the road.

The Bowsers Franklin is generously filled with 100% virgin “Superloft” high-memory polyester fiber, the same non-toxic, chemical-free fill used in premium cushions and designer pillows. Plump bolsters invite your dog to lean in, stretch out or curl up, then spring back after every nap. The tufted center cushion lifts out to become a crate or travel mat, and the zippered cover (heavy-duty YKK® zippers) comes off for easy machine washing.
