Return Policy
Bowsers dog beds are made with premium materials and many styles are made to order. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused beds in their original condition and packaging. Used, washed, soiled, or personalized beds cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that a $30 restocking fee applies to all returns, and due to the size of dog beds, return shipping costs can be costly. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer a try-and-return policy. Beds that have been used, washed, soiled, or exposed to pet hair are not eligible for return.
