We get it...dogs chew things. But that doesn’t mean you need to toss your gear. Our Repair Program is here to bring it back to life, no matter how it got damaged. Chewed, torn, or worn contact us. We’ll fix it for as long as you own it.
All repairs must start with sending in your gear first.We’ll cover the cost of the repair and shipping it back to you, but you’ll have to cover the cost to send it in. We do our best to process repairs within two weeks of receiving them.
Make any of our collars Fi-compatible with our Fi Snap. Designed to snap onto most collars, you can now turn any rope or 1" webbing collar into a Fi Series 3/3+ smart collar. The attachment is made from Hypalon and has a stainless snap for extra durability and security while being easy to snap and unsnap the attachment to switch between collars and charge. Attach your Fi S3 and turn any collar into a smart collar.
